The proposal located near the Grove Hall section of the Blue Hill Avenue corridor will create income-restricted condominiums available to households at or below 100% AMI, 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, outdoor green space, and 1,500 square feet of ground-floor community flex space for local gathering and events.
We’re meeting with community members to gather feedback on plans for the site.
We’ll release a Request for Proposals and select a developer for this site.
