Developer

St. Mary's Center for Women and Children, Inc.

Project Goals

This project will preserve housing for women and children experiencing homelessness. St. Mary's will acquire the property from the Elizabeth Stone House and maintain current tenancy during the construction of their new building. Once the new Elizabeth Stone House Washington Westminster building is complete, residents will be transferred to the building, allowing for a moderate rehab of Big Blue.
