Project Goals
Codman Square NDC has acquired rental properties located at 91-101 Waldeck Street and 25, 31 and 35 Orlando Street. By acquiring 54 units in multiple buildings across two sites from a private owner facing foreclosure, Codman Square is preserving the much needed affordable rental units, preventing displacement and making emergency repairs/renovations to address building violations and life safety issues.
