Courtney Allessio

Associate, Goodwin Procter LLC

Courtney Allessio is an associate in the firm’s Technology group. Ms. Allessio’s practice includes technology and intellectual property transactions, compliance with sweepstakes and other promotional laws, general corporate and securities law, and start-up and formation matters. She joined Goodwin in 2014.

Ms. Allessio is a member of the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), which organizes law students and pro bono attorneys to provide legal assistance to Iraqi and Afghan refugees seeking resettlement in the United States. Ms. Allessio is also a member of the Boston Bar Association.
