Conservation Commission Public Meeting

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Boston Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in Boston City Hall, Room 801 on August 17, 2016 to review the following projects to determine what conditions, if any, the Commission will impose in order to protect the interests of the public and private water supply, ground water, prevention of pollution, flood control, prevention of storm damage, protection of fisheries and land containing shellfish, and protection of wildlife habitat:

• Notice of Intent for DEP File No. 006-1475 from Stantec on behalf of the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation for the Muddy River Reservation Trail at Brookline Avenue to Park Drive (Riverfront Area, Buffer zone)
• Notice of Intent from Epsilon Associates on behalf of 140 Northern Avenue LLC c/o Tishman Speyer for Pier 4 Shoreline stabilization at 140 Northern Avenue, South Boston (Coastal bank, Land subject to tidal action, land under ocean, land containing shellfish, land subject to coastal storm flowage)

Public meeting, updates and general business

• Request for Determination of Applicability from VHB on behalf of the Friends of the Esplanade Playspace for the Lotta Fountain Restoration, David Mugar Way, Esplanade
• Request for certificates of compliance from the Massachusetts Port Authority for:
