The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) is re-starting the community engagement process around a site composed of 11 City-owned parcels between Parker Street and Terrace Street. DND will lead a discussion with the neighborhood to determine objectives that will shape how this site might be developed by a new team. DND will also present plans to apply for an EPA Brownfields Cleanup grant. The public is invited to review and comment on the draft application materials posted on this site. Comments may be sent to James Smith, Sr. Environmental Compliance Manager at james.smith@boston.gov
