Summer fitness series: High Intensity Interval Training in Mission Hill

We're holding free fitness classes this summer in neighborhood parks.

Class description

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals. These are intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.
