Summer fitness series: Yoga on Boston Common

We're holding free fitness classes this summer in neighborhood parks.

Class description

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. Yoga helps your mental and physical being, releases stress, and expands your energy. Instructors will provide flow movement for people of all levels.

For information on cancellations, check Twitter at @healthyboston and @bostonparksdept. You can also call 617-534-2355. There are no classes on Thursday, July 4.
