Winter fitness series: POUND

We're holding free fitness classes this winter as part of our winter fitness series.

Class description
  • A combination of cardio and weight training exercises that includes some techniques from Pilates.
  • Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective work out.
