Daniel Francois

Boston Cultural Council member

The intersections of popular culture, youth, and millennial engagement alongside social equity is what brings Daniel Francois to the Boston Cultural Council. Through his partnerships with creatives and an active pulse and involvement in the underrepresented POC community in Boston, he and his sister launched KickBack Boston in 2015; a movement to produce music-centered events to actualize Boston as a cultural center for the contemporary convergence of music, art, fashion, and tech, through and for the diverse people who make up the City. His knowledge and passion for cultural development in the City of Boston is what led him to hold a seat on this board.
