Annual entertainment licenses

Non-live entertainment description most amount of people allowed in venue fee
Non-Live I You're using a radio, portable audio device, piped in music, music by electrical or mechanical means, background music, or a CD player. (Doesn't matter) $80
Non-Live I You fit the description of Non-Live 1 entertainment, and you are using a jukebox and no more than 5 TVs. (Doesn't matter) $120
Non-Live IIa You fit the description of Non-Live 1 entertainment, and you are using a jukebox and more than 5 TVs. (Doesn't matter) $180
You have to pay an extra $180 for each widescreen TV screen you use that is bigger than 27 inches.

Live I Music is being played with a band or singers, and there are no more than three performers. (Doesn't matter) $400
Live II Music is being played with a band or singers and there are more than three performers. If there is dancing by patrons - or there is a DJ or karaoke - it also fits into this category.  250 people and less $800
