Learn how to get a hawker and peddler license. There are two options:

Fill out an application for each worker

Each worker needs to complete a hawker and peddler license form. They also need to have their local police chief sign the Certificate of Character.

The fee is $62 to apply. You can pay with a check or money order made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Need to Know:

Each worker who handles money on a food truck needs to get a hawker and peddler license through the state. They need to renew the license every year.

You only need to show us one hawker and peddler license when you apply for a food truck permit.
