Terry Bizzell

BACHome Council Member

Terry W. Bizzell was born in Harling County in Kentucky and moved to Boston in 1973. After graduating high school he became a Maritime Pipe Fitter and worked on the last 5 ships that departed from Quincey harbor.  Missing the Blue Grass State, he moved back to Kentucky in 1996 where he met his wife Delphia and started working in customer service in local grocery and department stores.  At the time Terry lived with his wife and her mother.

Once his mother in law passed away, Terry and his wife found themselves homeless. They both moved to Boston hoping to live with extended family but when that did not work out, they ended up living on the streets and in the shelters for 2 years. Once they were housed, Terry and his wife joined BACHome and have been active members ever since.
