Evening Clinic

We offer housing support for tenants and landlords to meet after regular business hours.

Our Evening Clinics will start up again in early 2018. We'll update this page with the new dates when we get them. Please stay tuned!

The Evening Clinic is a resource for residents — tenants and landlords — to talk with a housing professional. You can discuss tenant-landlord rights and responsibilities, affordable housing opportunities, and available housing resources.

We assist tenants and landlords on various housing-related matters. Tenants can learn about their rights if their building is sold, their rents are rising or they are facing eviction. Landlords can get information on enforcing lease provisions and cost-effective resources to resolve tenant-landlord disputes.

All of our clinics take place at:

26 COURT STREET
1ST FL CONFERENCE ROOM
BOSTON, MA 02108
