Migdalia Diaz is the Priority Projects Manager and a Technical Product Manager for Associates for International Research, Inc. (AIRINC). Migdalia started her career in the International Assignment Solutions group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1997. After specializing in Expatriate Taxation for just under 10 years in the U.S. and New Zealand practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Migdalia accepted a position with AIRINC within their tax consulting group. After five years in this group, and in recognition of her product design and implementation accomplishments, Migdalia was offered a position managing all company priority projects and was made product manager for two suites of products. She continues in this capacity today.
In October 2013, Migdalia was named President of the Boston Chapter of ALPFA, one of ALPFA’s largest Leading Chapters with over 3,000 members and more than 40 corporate partners. In this role, Migdalia leads the Board of Directors and works with them, the Corporate Advisory Board and Chapter staff to enhance program services, expand membership and ensure the Chapter provides great value to its members, corporate partners and the Greater Boston Community. Migdalia previously served as Vice President of Marquee Events, overseeing planning and execution of the Chapter’s three largest events. She was born in Puerto Rico, raised in Connecticut, and has lived in Boston for the past 10 years following a 2 year assignment in Auckland, New Zealand. She obtained her B.S. in Accounting from The University of Connecticut School of Business. In addition, Migdalia spent 8 years serving in the Army National Guard as part of C Company, 280th Signal Battalion working in telephone encryption.
