Evening Clinic

We offer housing support for tenants and landlords to meet after regular business hours.

We understand that you are busy.

We extended our housing services until 7 p.m. every Thursday for individuals to meet one-on-one with our staff from the Office of Housing Stability after regular business hours at 26 Court Street.

The Evening Clinic is a resource for residents - tenants and landlords - to talk with a housing professional about tenant-landlord rights and responsibilities, affordable housing opportunities, and available housing resources.

We assist tenants and landlords on various housing-related matters. Tenants can learn about their rights if their building is sold, their rents are rising or they are facing eviction. Landlords can get information on enforcing lease provisions and cost-effective resources to resolve tenant-landlord disputes.

All of our clinics take place at:

26 COURT STREET
1ST FL CONFERENCE ROOM
BOSTON, MA 02108

We hold our clinics every Thursday from 5 - 7 p.m.

Can't attend the Evening Clinic?

If you cannot attend our Evening Clinic on Thursdays, you can contact the Office of Housing Stability with your housing questions at housingstability@boston.gov or 617-635-4200.
