Nayanny Bello moved from New York City to the City of Boston in 2015. She graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Planning and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration.
While in college, Nayanny held internships in the Queens District Attorney’s Office and the Bronx County Family Court and also worked for the President of John Jay College Jeremy Travis. After graduation, Nayanny served as a 2013 Congressional Intern for U.S. Congressman Charles Rangel and later completed the NYC Service Fellowship in the offices of both Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Mayor Bill Di Blasio.
Currently, Nayanny is a Legislative Aide for Boston City Council President Andrea Campbell. Her career goal is to obtain a JD/Phd in Law in anticipation to be a fierce advocate of justice for those individuals who struggle to be recognized, heard and protected.
