Schools shift to all remote learning

Due to a rising COVID-19 infection rate in the City, all Boston Public Schools students will shift to remote learning effective Thursday, October 22.
City department hours
/
City Hall is open to the public on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. If you need to visit a department, you must make an appointment.

Our weekly photography clinic, perfect for social distancing, has weekly challenges to help you hone and improve your photography skills.

Theme:

Framing

Goals:

To take pictures so the subject is framed by an element in your environment. Use trees, fence posts, or anything around you to draw attention to the subject of your photograph. Frame within a frame!

Tips:

Draw attention to your subject (landscape, person, place, thing) using your environment!

Challenge:

Frame the subject of your photo using something in the park!
