Boston Cannabis Board Public Meeting

You are hereby notified that the Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB”) will hold a virtual public voting hearing on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 1:00p.m. The voting hearing is open to the public, however, no additional testimony will be accepted.

This hearing will be held virtually pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, further

extending temporary modifications to certain requirements of Open Meeting Law (M.G.L.

ch. 30A § 20) due to the ongoing public health crisis due to Covid-19 (coronavirus). The BCB reserves the right to amend the agenda pursuant to applicable Open Meeting Law and Public Notice requirements.
