Elijah Richards

Resource Development Manager

As a dedicated and passionate youth worker, Elijah has always been driven by a desire to make a positive impact in his community. Born and raised in Boston, Elijah discovered his love for working with at-risk youth at a young age through his involvement with the No Books No Ball basketball program where he provided resources and mentorship for over 650 student athletes. From there, he went on to become a corps member with City Year Boston, where he worked to support and mentor young people in need.

Outside of work, Elijah enjoys spending time with his family, coaching basketball, and volunteering in his community. He is currently pursuing a degree in management at Southern New Hampshire University, where he hopes to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to continue making a difference in the lives of young people.
