Install Sprinkler Heads

If you are planning to install sprinkler heads in your building you’ll need several different permits from both the Inspectional Services Department (ISD) and the Boston Fire Department (BFD).

Because this project involves multiple permits and fire safety, ISD recommends you hire a Fire Protection Engineer who will be able to help walk you through this process before applying online.
