The mission of the Latinx Employee Resource Group is to foster a strong sense of community, support professional development, and advance equity and inclusion for all Latinx employees across City departments.
The Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG) for the City of Boston is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive community where Latinx employees can connect, celebrate culture, and thrive. We create space for belonging by hosting events, sharing resources, and building networks that empower members both personally and professionally. Through collaboration, advocacy, and engagement, we strengthen our collective voice and contribute to a more equitable, welcoming workplace for all.
