Email us your documents

You can email your Taxpayer Information Form, Personal Property Asset Form, and additional documents to persprop.efa@boston.gov.

Keep in mind

To make sure we are efficient and accurate, we require all personal property owners to file their form electronically. To get a paper copy of the State Tax Form 2/Form of List, you need to show us that you have a hardship that prevents you from filing electronically.
