Fiscal Year 2025 - Notice of Tax Taking
Find City tax taking notices and documents organized by ward and property address:
We mail all tax bills and collect both current and delinquent taxes. We prepare and file tax takings and tax certification liens, issue municipal lien certificates, and prepare petitions for foreclosures with the Law Department. We also prepare property redemption certificates.
