Applications: The following applications are subject to the South Boston or Downtown Parking Freeze, pursuant to the Procedures and Criteria for the Issuance of Parking Freeze Permits adopted under M.G.L. Chapter 111, Section 31C. There will be brief presentations followed by review of individual applications, and opportunities for public testimony.
The public can offer testimony.
