We direct all municipal, state, and federal elections within Boston. We also register voters, conduct an annual listing of Boston residents, and educate the public on the importance of voting.

2018 state election November 6

Polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. The deadline to register to vote in the election is October 17. You have until 8 p.m. to register in person and midnight to register online. To view your sample ballot, click the "check your voter status" button below. Early voting will be available for registered voters from October 22 through November 2. Learn how to vote early.
