    17.1149 BV 15 Melrose Street: In-kind replacement of three (3) third story and three (3) second story two-over-two, double-hung wood windows at front façade.

  2. Administrative Review/Approval - Projects Compliant with District Standards & Criteria

    17.1183 BV 1 Bay Street: Replace all wood windows in-kind with the exception of the front façade’s cellar window and rear elevation’s first story casement windows.

    17.1094 BV 16 Isabella Street: Install new black rubber membrane roof.
