Snow Emergency and Parking Ban in Boston

A snow emergency and parking ban is in effect in the City. Residents with a resident sticker on their vehicle can now park at discounted garages. Boston Public Schools and municipal buildings will be closed on Monday.

Trash and recycling pickups are delayed in some neighborhoods this week. Please check your schedule.

Parking meters

Parking meters are free with no time limit on Sundays.
Tow lot

The tow lot is only open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Automated kiosks are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for vehicle releases.
