RE: COVID-19, Temporary Practices

ATTENDANCE

In accordance with Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Executive Order modifying certain requirements of the Open Meeting Law and relieving public bodies of certain requirements, including the requirement that public bodies conduct its meetings in a public place that is open and physically accessible to the public, the Public Facilities Commission (PFC) will be conducting its meetings virtually. This enables the PFC to conduct its usual business while adhering to public health recommendations and ensuring public access to its deliberations through adequate, alternative means.

    FURTHER VOTED: the Director be, and hereby is, authorized to deliver an instrument conveying said property to Fresh Start Program LLC, in consideration of Thirty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($39,000).
     

    [1] Fresh Start Program LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company, formed on September 4, 2020, pursuant to M.G. L. Chapter 156C Section 12, to manage affordable housing projects and engage in lawful business. Fresh Start Program LLC provided a current certificate of good standing from the Massachusetts Secretary of State to DND. Additionally, Fresh Start Program LLC completed a property affidavit (i.e. LOOPS form) and provided such to DND.
