Jamaica Pond Boat House

This contract is procured under the provision of Ch. 45§5 of the Massachusetts General Law. The Documents shall be available at the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd  floor, Boston MA 02118 on Monday, November 22, 2021 (no mailings sent) or available on the City of Boston website at www.cityofboston.gov/procurement/events

All sealed proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Documents. Completed documents must be submitted as follows: One (1) signed original and four (4) copies of the Non-Price Proposal must be submitted in an envelope(s) labeled “Jamaica Pond Boat House Non-Price Proposal”. One (1) signed original of the Price Proposal must be submitted in an envelope labeled “Jamaica Pond Boat House – Price Proposal”.

Both the Non-Price Proposal and the Price Proposal must be submitted no later than 2pm on Monday, December 13, 2021, to the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd  floor, Boston MA 02118.
