Affordable Commercial Assistance Fund

The City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) is issuing this Affordable Commercial Assistance Fund (ACAF) Request for Proposals (RFP) for $1 million of annual funding to help support the development and operation of commercial ground-floor spaces in affordable housing buildings.
