The City of Boston acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Real Estate Management and Sales Division, sells tax foreclosed or surplus municipal real property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property.  

 

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals under MOH’s Real Estate Disposition Program. 

This Property is being offered “As Is”.

The Property:

4 Adams St, Hyde Park (Ward 18 Parcel 11846000) approximately 6,100  total square feet with deteriorated single family dwelling thereon

The RFP package will be available November 18, 2024  and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.  

Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by December 23, 2024 no later than 4:00 PM.
