The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”) d/b/a Boston Planning and Development Agency (“BPDA”) hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above. 

 

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the BPDA Procurement Portal https: bostonplans.org/procurement/procurement-portal. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Downtown Waterfront Landscaping & Maintenance.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, March 17, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about March 2, 2026, after 9:00am, Boston time.
