BUILDING TRADES TRAINING PROVIDER FOR THE BOSTON CLIMATE JOBS ALLIANCE

The City of Boston, acting by the Office of Workforce Development (OWD), 43 Hawkins Street, Boston, MA 92114, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the BPDA Procurement Portal:

bostonplans.org/procurement/procurement-portal.

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Building Trades Training Provider for the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance.

Proposals must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, April 24, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, March 23, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time

With this RFP, OWD seeks to contract with a qualified training provider with demonstrated expertise in preparing individuals for careers in the unionized building trades that support climate and coastal resilience, supporting the development of a broader, more inclusive training and hiring ecosystem for family-sustaining coastal and climate resilience occupations.
