ODJ DEV LLC: HOUSINGWORKS (782-794 PARKER STREET, MISSION HILL)
The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is pleased to issue this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to perform construction services for “ODJ DEV LLC HousingWorks”. The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, §39M, and c. 149, as may be amended.
Electronic plans and documents will be available by contacting Hans Kuebler, P.E. beginning June 22, 2026, after 10:00 AM at hkuebler@hshassoc.com. Hard copies of the Contract Documents will not be provided to plan holders. All requests must include a company name, address, contact name, contact phone number, email address, and request for access to the bid documents for the 782-794 Parker Street, Mission Hill Project.
