CHINA TRADE CENTER CONDENSING WATER REPLACEMENT

The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning and Development Agency, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

M.G.L. c. 7C

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the BPDA Procurement Portal: bostonplans.org/procurement/procurement-portal.

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: China Trade Center Condensing Water Replacement.

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, October 15, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The RFQ documents will be available on or about Monday, September 14, 2026 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.
