Comprehensive Cleaning Services

Comprehensive Cleaning Services in three buildings, located at 989 Commonwealth Ave (Family Justice Center), 26 Mahler Road (Animal Shelter), and 543 Columbia Road (Strand Theatre) from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025.

The City of Boston ("The City"), acting by its Commissioner ("The Official"), requests proposals for the services and/or supplies described above, as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), which may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00010372.

This procurement is being released as part of the City of Boston’s Sheltered Market Program. Only businesses certified as M/WBE by either the City of Boston or the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office will be eligible to bid. Due to the industry of the work and the proven disparities for that industry, this procurement will be open to Asian American-, Black American-, and Hispanic American-owned businesses. Three (3) responsive and responsible submissions from eligible businesses are required to award this contract under the Sheltered Market Pilot Program. The City has arranged a site visit for Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 9:30 AM, beginning at the Strand Theatre as further described in the RFP.

Requests for Proposals shall be available on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM until the proposal filing deadline.  All proposals shall be filed no later than Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
