Open Streets Event Coordination Services

The City of Boston (“the City”), acting through its Commissioner of Transportation, invites submittals for the coordination and organization of car-free open streets events in Boston neighborhoods in the summer and fall of 2023, and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposals Documents (“RFP”).

The RFP shall be available from 10:00 AM on Monday, November 28, 2022 from the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal (EV00011654). This contract is procured under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6.

Proposals are due no later than NOON (12:00 PM) on Friday, December 23, 2022 via the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal (EV00011654). Refer to Section II of the RFP for complete information on the submission process and details.

The term of the contract shall be for approximately twelve (12) months beginning on or about January 17, 2023 through January 1, 2024, with an option to renew for one year at the City’s sole discretion.
