Programing at Fisher Park (the “Patios”) at City Hall Plaza

The City of Boston (the “City”), acting by and through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the “Official”), requests proposals for the programming and/or design of amenities such as a beer garden, outdoor dining area, and public gathering space at Fisher Park on City Hall Plaza, known as the “Patios”. 

 

The request for proposals document (the “RFP document”) describes the location, time, and size of the available space(s), and provides a description of the allowable uses, rent, and fee structures. In addition, a copy of the contract and a City ordinance pertaining to required permit fees are included.

The City’s RFP is directed to those interested in collaborating with City Hall to design, operate or curate Fisher park and create a welcoming space for convening, celebration, and inspiration between May 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024, with a 1-year extension at the City’s sole option.

The City has arranged a site visit for March 21, 2023, at 2:00 PM, for Respondents to visit the site and make a visual inspection of the area to be managed.   Please email pmdbidinfo@boston.gov to confirm attendance.

The RFP document may be obtained from the City's purchasing website and Supplier Portal (http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00011896. 

All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the instructions contained in the RFP document. Requests for Proposals shall be available on March 8, 2023, at 10:00 AM until the proposal’s filing deadline. All proposals shall be filed no later than April 11, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
