Employer Wellness Program

The City of Boston (“City”), acting through the Health Benefits Office, requests proposals from qualified bidders to provide an Employer Wellness Program for the City’s Health Benefits and Insurance Office.

The City intends to award one three-year contract to be effective as of November 1, 2023. This contract is procured under the provisions of MGL Chapter 30B.

The RFP may be obtained on or after April 24, 2023 from the City’s purchasing website and Supplier Portal (http://boston.gov/procurement) under EV00012160 or by e-mailing the Wellness Committee.

All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on May 17, 2023. Price and non-price proposals must be submitted separately according to the RFP directions. 

The attention of all Proposers is directed to the provisions of the Request for Proposals and contract documents.
