RECYCLING CART PILOT PROGRAM - ZONE A - INVENTORY AND DELIVERY

The City of Boston, acting by its Commissioner, invites sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids. Bid package may be obtained by visiting the Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal and searching for Event ID EV00015768, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025.

 

The Contractor shall be responsible for the receiving, storage, assembly, distribution, and reporting of recycling carts for Zone A. This Invitation for Bids will be awarded pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B – Procurement of Supplies and Services. 

Every Sealed bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and shall be filed not later than Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. via the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal.

Sealed bids shall be opened read aloud through a virtual meeting (meet.google.com/eef-jvwz-mzc) by the Official on Thursday, April 25, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Boston City Hall, Department of Public Works Contracts Unit, Room 714, One City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA 02201.
