FURNISHING OF MAINTENANCE TO ELECTRIC STREET LIGHT
The City of Boston is seeking to solicit bids for a maintenance contract for City-owned electric street lights and related equipment. The scope of work involves repairing outages (within seven days of notification), replacing components like lamps and fixtures, running overhead spans, and graffiti removal on DAS poles. The scope of work will not include pole replacement, maintenance, repair, or replacement of radio equipment or any other physical aspect of the light pole, besides the light.
Bids will be solicited through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: http://boston.gov/supplierportal. All times refer to Eastern Time.
Contract Documents will be available through the Supplier Portal on or about 9:00 am on November 17th, 2025.
Submit Questions via email by 5:00 pm on November 28th, 2025.
Bids must be submitted via the Supplier Portal by 1:00 pm on December 9th, 2025.
