REBID - INSTALLATION OF ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AT VARIOUS PWD DISTRICT YARDS

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Installation of Access Control System at Various PWD District Yards.

Bids must be submitted before 11:00 A.M., Boston time, Thursday, January 15, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, December 22, 2025, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. The scope of work includes the replacement of doors and frames, and the installation, programming, and integration of new Gallagher access control equipment and Hanwha security cameras across six (6) district yard locations.

This project is being bid under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 149. General Bids must be accompanied by a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility in Electronic Security Systems and the Bid. Update Statement. A 5% Bid Bond of the total contract value is required to be submitted with the Bid.
