NETWORK CONTENT FILTERING SERVICES
The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.
Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: IFB- Network Content Filtering Services.
Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, February 27, 2026 and opened forthwith.
The IFB documents will be available on or about Tuesday, January 20, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.
Boston Public Schools seeks a districtwide, CIPA-compliant, cloud-based network content filtering service that supports safe, secure, and equitable internet access for students and staff on both on-network and off-network devices. The solution must integrate with district identity systems and provide reliable, uninterrupted service throughout the school year while maintaining the stability of the existing filtering environment.
