ATHLETIC PROGRAMMING FOR BPS STUDENTS 2026–2029

02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project

listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Athletic Programming for BPS Students 2026–2029.

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, April 6, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, March 23, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time

Boston Public Schools (BPS) is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from vendors who can provide high-quality, in-person athletic programming to BPS students and support classroom teachers and school administrators to improve students’ overall wellbeing and engagement. Our goal is to offer these services before, during, and after school to approximately 46,000 students.
