BOSTON FIRE ACADEMY PAVING

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Fire Department, 115 Southampton Street, Boston, MA 02118, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Boston Fire Academy Paving

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, April 6th, 2026, after 8:00 A.M., Boston time. 

The Boston Fire Department is soliciting bids for paving services at the Boston Fire Training Academy location at 1 Moon Island Road, Quincy, MA 02171. The paving area measures ~25,000 square feet. 

NOTE: Work must be completed before 6/30/2026 MANDATORY SITE VISIT Tuesday, April 14th at 11AM.
