LEARN BY DOING DIGITAL INSTRUCTION TOOL

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Learn by Doing Digital Instruction Tool. 

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday June 9, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Tuesday, May 26, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. 

Boston Public Schools (BPS), the largest school district in Massachusetts, serves a diverse student population across grades PreK–12. BPS is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive digital instructional and assessment platform for students in grades 5–12 for the 2026–2029 school year.
