AQUATICS INSTRUCTORS

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Centers for Youth and Families, 1583 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02120, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Aquatics Instructors, as it appears in the Supplier Portal.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, September 28, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, September 14, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.

The Boston Centers for Youth and Families (BCYF) is seeking qualified, certified, and experienced instructors to plan and facilitate aquatic fitness classes at pools throughout the BCYF network.
