DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD AND SUPPLIES TO BPS SCHOOLS

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington St., Roxbury, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: procurement.boston.gov.

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Distribution of Food and Supplies to BPS Schools.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, October 5, 2026 and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, September 21, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.

Boston Public Schools (BPS) Department of Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) requests quotes for the distribution of food and supplies. This bid is for the entire contract period, beginning on or about October 6, 2026, and ending August 31, 2029. This contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total price for all items.
