Waterfront Civic/Cultural Space Planning Study

The City of Boston, acting by the Mayor’s Office of Arts & Culture, One City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02210 hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites requests for qualifications for a consultant with urban and space planning expertise to assess the Chapter 91 FPA pipeline, civic/cultural space user needs, and evaluating the delivery conditions and tenanting process for such spaces. 

Proposals will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Waterfront Civic/Cultural Space Planning Study

Proposals shall be submitted before 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, April 25, 2023, and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about Monday, March 20, 2023, after 09:00 A.M., Boston time
